Privacy Policy

Information you provide: your name and email address, your quiz answers (goals, interests, experience level, time availability, income aspirations), the digital product you select, your store and domain preferences, and any communications you send us.

Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and limited billing details; we never receive or store your full card number.

Usage information: we collect analytics events about how the Service is used (pages/steps viewed, buttons clicked, digital products viewed and chosen, course and training progress, timestamps, and a random session identifier). We also use browser storage (localStorage) to remember your progress and preferences.

Advertising data: we use the Meta (Facebook) pixel, which collects device and event data (such as page views, leads, and purchases) subject to Meta's own policies.

Automatic data: our hosting providers log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and request times for security and operations.

• To provide the Service: match you with a digital product, build your store, license and deliver your digital product files, give you access to setup training and bonus materials, process payments, and support your store launch.
• To send you transactional emails (your store link, product and course access, billing notices) and marketing emails about the Service. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is honored promptly.
• To measure and improve the Service (analytics), and to measure advertising effectiveness (Meta pixel).
• To prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our license terms, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service, under their own privacy and security obligations:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Shopify and other e-commerce platforms — store hosting and activation (when you take your store live)
• Our store-building partners — to build your store and set up your digital product for sale
• Digital delivery and course-hosting providers — to deliver your product files, training, and bonus materials
• ActiveCampaign — email delivery and marketing automation
• SMS delivery providers (such as SimpleTexting and LeadConnector/GoHighLevel) — sending the text messages you opted in to, on our behalf only
• Meta — advertising measurement (pixel events)
• Vercel and infrastructure providers — hosting and analytics storage

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, or sale of assets).

Your store's customers. Once your store is live, you are the merchant of record and are responsible for how you collect and use your own customers' information, including posting your own privacy policy. This Policy covers only information we collect about you as a user of the Service.

If you tick the SMS box and enter your mobile number on selldigitalproducts.ai, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and store-alert text messages from Sell Digital Products AI (Arcifex LLC) at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time or HELP for help. Full program details are in our SMS Terms.

No third-party sharing of mobile information. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent collected on this website are not shared with, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose.

We keep a record of each SMS opt-in (date and time, IP address, the page where consent was given, and the version of the consent language) so we can honor and prove your choices.

Email: unsubscribe from marketing at any time via the link in any email.

Access / deletion: you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@selldigitalproducts.ai. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights, including correction, portability, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We honor verified requests regardless of location.

Cookies/pixels: you can control cookies through your browser settings; ad-blocking tools may limit pixel collection. We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations (for example, payment and tax records), resolve disputes, and enforce agreements, including our digital product license terms. Analytics events are retained on a rolling basis. You may request deletion at any time as described above.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and processing payments exclusively through PCI-compliant providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18 (or under 13 in any event). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

The Service is operated from the United States, and information is processed in the U.S. If you use the Service from elsewhere, you consent to processing in the U.S.

We may update this Policy by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes will be highlighted in the Service or by email.
